Ordering and Payments:

We accept credit card payments through PayPal. It's not necessary to have a
PayPal account in order to make a payment with your credit card;
it's optional.

Checks and Money Orders by mail.

International orders
are not accepted at this time.

Sales Tax: Tennessee residents will
be charged 9.25% sales tax.

Notification of your completed order
will be emailed to you at the time of shipping.
Shipping
Policy:

We work very hard to fill orders as
quickly as possible by keeping many of the items pre-made in our
inventory, therefore if the item ordered is in inventory the order will ship
within 3 to 5 business days, otherwise the item will need to be made
and will ship in 7 to 10 days.

Pricing and delivery times for
custom Stained Glass pieces will be determined at the time of
ordering.

Should more time be
required for any orders you will be notified ASAP.

If there is a
special time frame you need to meet, contact us and we will make
every effort to comply.

All shipments covered against loss or damage.
Items are packaged
to ensure they will arrive in perfect condition, however,
something's are beyond our control.

If any
merchandise is damaged in shipment contact our studio for
instructions. Save the contents and original
shipping materials in case it is required by the delivery service to
process a claim.
Our Guarantee and Return
Policy:

Marcella's Corner Studio takes pride in our
craftsmanship and wants you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase.

All items returned will be accepted for a 100%
refund, minus shipping costs, for up to a full 30-days after the
date of sale.

Unless an item is being
returned because of a manufacturing defect the item must be returned in
it's original
pristine condition, wrapped in a sturdy shipping box and accompanied
by your receipt.

The item must be received within
30 days after the date of sale.
-
The sender is responsible for
returned items lost during shipping.
-
There is a $25 re-stocking fee for
returning custom-made pieces.
-
Do not send
any packages C.O.D. they will NOT be accepted.
