Avocado oil: A rich, heavy, but penetrating oil that is full of nutritive and therapeutic components.  It contains vitamins A, C, D and E, proteins, beta-carotene, lecithin, fatty acids and the "youth mineral" potassium.  Helps soften the skin, and has superior moisturizing effects on the upper layer of the skin.

Caster Oil: Creates a protective barrier on the skin and is soothing.

Cocoa Butter: It actually contains about 5IU of vitamin E per ounce.  Is highly protective, soften and lubricates the skin, reduces dryness and improves skin flexibility.

Coconut oil: Commonly used to promote lather in soaps and gels. Wonderfully emollient and has cooling properties.

Fragrance Oils: We do use top quality synthetic fragrance oils in our soaps, to give our soaps a nice fresh smell that will last.

Goats Milk: Leaves the skin feeling silky smooth with a hydrated appearance. Milk proteins smooth, firm and soften the skin.  It has  excellent nutritive values packed with proteins, beneficial fats, vitamins, amino acids and calcium.

Honey: Used since Egyptian times for medicinal and cosmetic purposes.  Honey is full of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes.  Has an emollient property, which makes the skin feel softer and smoother, reduces rough feeling, cracking and irritation.  Honey is cleansing, an antibacterial and has natural preservative properties.  Honey also acts as a natural humectants which helps your skin retain its moisture, and leaves a micro thin protective film on the skin.

Lye: While we do use lye (or sodium hydroxide) as a basis for our soaps, once the chemical process, called "saponification" has taken place, the lye is not there anymore.  Can't have true Soap without it.

Neem Oil: Used widely in India as an antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, antiseptic, antiphrastic agent in toiletries, soap, toothpaste and skin/hair care products.  It is used to treat skin disorders such as eczema, psoriasis ringworm, chicken pox, to name only a few.  Also can be used as a bug repellant, when used in pet soap will help kill and repel fleas and to treat hot spots.

Olive Oil: Contains protein, minerals and vitamins.  Superior penetrating power.  Helps soften the skin and has superior moisturizing effects on the upper layer of the skin.

Palm Oil: Rich source of vitamin A.  Used in soap to help produce a hard bar.
